1st Week of School

The boys love school! It has tuckered them out in the evenings so now their final feeding is at 8:30pm. Ms. Genice and Ms. Diane have welcomed them with lots of love. Everyone is still having a hard time telling them apart but that will come with a little time (and me intentionally dressing them differently).

11 Weeks

Mom goes back to work next week and we get to go to school! =) We have met our teachers and they are super nice. There are only 3 other babies in our class with us and we will be there Mon-Wed each week.

This week we have been waking up and getting out of the house to get in our new routine. We are such big boys that we had to switch to big boy bottles yesterday. Those 5oz bottles are for little guys! We weigh right at 12lbs each now. Last night we ate at 9:30am and slept until 6am!!!

THANK YOU to everyone who has helped Mom feed us while Dad has been at work. You have made those feedings much more enjoyable for all of us!!!

10 Weeks

Not only are we smiling nonstop these days but we are very interested in the books that are read to us, the toys hanging from our bouncie seat, sitting outside and enjoying fresh air, and we are now sleeping through the night (10:45pm - 6am)!!! Can you believe we are right at 12lbs each???

While close family can tell us apart, not everyone can so Swaddles, Blankets, Pacifiers, etc are color coordinated. Roddic is always Blue and Ryland is always Green.

Our cousin Ava is now 4 years old. She came over the other day to hold and feed us.

Our aunt Anna is in love. Do you think that means we will have more cousins??? =)

All Smiles - 8 wks

We are all smiles these days! Making "ooh" and "aah" sounds are our new favorite activity, too!

Northbound at 5wks

We made our first road trip to Virginia with Nanny and Papaw at 5wks. Two feedings on the way there made a 6 hour trip 8 hours but not a tear was shed! All of the elderly folk hanging out in McDonalds were thrilled to see the twins. What a refreshing time to step away from home and relax in the mountains with the boys!
